3 large cans campbells pork and beans
1 lb bacon, cooked and cut up
2 - 3 onions
5 Tbsp molasses
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
5 Tbsp catsup
Drain beans (don't rinse) and place in bowl. Add the bacon. Cook onions half way in some bacon grease, then add those and the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 for about an hour to an hour and a half.
Cut down version...
1 big can, 2 little cans (or 3 28oz cans)
1/2 lb bacon, cooked

Chicken and Pasta Salad (Dan's mom)
8 oz lime juice
3 Tbsp chili powder
3 Tbsp oil
garlic salt
Marinate 4-5 chicken breasts overnight. Grill. Chill and cut into small chunks.
To chicken, add:
1 cup chopped celery
2-3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup (raw), COOKED ditalini pasta
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds. (To toast almonds, 400 degrees in oven....they toast FAST!)
Add mayonaisse, salt and pepper to taste.

Steak Kabobs (Mary Tucker)
1 lb lean steak, cut into cubes
1/2 cup A1 sauce
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays or Head Country from Oklahoma)
3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
Marinate steak in sauce. Stick on kabobs along with onions, green/red pepper, mushrooms, etc. Grill and eat!
