Honey-Lime Chicken - Melissa Amos



1 1/3 cups flour
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 pkg chicken breasts (approx 2 1/2 lbs) cut into thin strips
4 Tbsp butter (or olive oil)
8 Tbsp lime juice
8 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp worcestershire sauce

In a plastic bag, combine flour and cayenne.  Add chicken and shake.  In a skillet, brown chicken in oil or butter, until all sides are golden brown.  Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients.  Pour over chicken and cook for about 5-10 minutes, or till juices run clear, chicken is thoroughly cooked and sauce is thickened.  Serve over rice.
