Whipped Frosting

1 cup milk
5 Tbsp flour
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Cool milk and flour until thick; cool.  Place butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat until thick (like ice cream) about 10 minutes with electric mixer.  Then put cooled white sauce into mixture and beat 10 minutes longer.
