Mix together:
1/3 cup sifted cocoa
1/4 cup brown sugar (NOT packed)
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
Whisk in 2/3 cup milk till smooth.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups heavy cream and 1 tsp vanilla.
Chill for 1 - 2 hours.
Put in ice cream maker for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt 2 oz (1/2 cup) milk chocolate and crush 2 sheets of graham crackers.
After 10 minutes is up, add 3/4 cup fluff, by spoonfulls, while machine is still running.
Slowly add melted chocolate, then graham crackers.
Freeze.
