Pumpkin Nut Crunch

16 oz can pumpkin
12 oz evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Combine everything except for cake mix, nuts and butter.  Pour wet mixutre into a 9x13 pan.  Sprinkle cake mix on top, then nuts, the melted butter.  Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes, may take a bit longer though.
