Bread

 From this site..  Firefighter's Family

Mix in a bowl -
3 cups warm water
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp salt  (maybe a bit more)
6 1/2 cups white flour

Stir till moist - it will be very wet and sticky.

Let sit on counter in a container with a loose lid for 2 hours.  Cover with lid but do not snap on.  Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.   (Enough for 4 small loves.)

Sprinkle a little flour on counter.  Grab your dough and smooth it as best as you can.  It will be sticky - that's ok.

Allow to rise for 20 minutes.  When timer rings, preheat oven to 450, with your stone in it and a cookie sheet below stone with hot water in it.  Set timer again for 20 minutes.

When timer rings, slash top of loaf a few times, then carefully drop loaf onto hot stone in oven.

Close door quickly.

Bake for about 30 minutes.

You know it's done when it looks nice and crusty brown.
