Blueberry Muffins

2 cups flour
1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.  Add blueberries and toss.  In another bowl, beat egg and milk; stir in melted butter.  Stir into dry ingredients, just until moistened.  Bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes or until muffins test done.
