Grandma Putka's Pie Crust

(for 2 rounds of dough - top and bottom)

3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil or a blend of veg and canola
1/4 + 1/8 cup cold milk

Mix flour and salt together.  In a cup, pour in oil and milk, but do not mix.  Pour into flour and salt mixture and work into a ball.  Roll out between wax paper.
