1 loaf french bread, cubed (Probably use a little less than the whole loaf)
2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dryIn a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over the layers evenly, making sure that the whole top layer is moistened. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Don't take out of the oven until it is puffed up some and a bit golden brown. To test, insert knife in center and make sure it comes out clean. Top with cheddar cheese, and put back in the oven to finish melting.
