Mom's "Good" Cookies

Cream together:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup softened butter
1 cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

In another bowl, blend:
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar

Add to mixture slowly:
1 cup oats
1 cup rice krispies
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup nuts (walnuts, pecans or both)

(You can omit coconut and add 1/2 cup more krispies)

Bake at 350 for 11 minutes.  Don't over-bake!
