Brown:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Add:
3 (14 oz each) cans beef stock
2 (14 oz each) cans diced tomatos
16 oz bag frozen peas
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 cup rice
1 cup shredded carrot
Cook till veg are cooked (15 minutes). Then simmer for around an hour.

I just made cheeseburger soup a few wks ago which sounds like this minus the peas n carrots :) so good!! comfort food for chilly days ~
