Grandma Putka's Strudel

5 cups sifted flour
1/2 pint sour cream
1 lb butter
3 egg yolks

Mix flour and butter as for pie dough.  Then add the sour cream and egg.  Refrigerate 4-5 hours.  Roll out and fill with cherry pie filling.  (Make sure you have lots of powdered sugar on board where you are rolling it out!)  When you roll it up, go along dough with a knife as you roll to sort of peel it up off of the counter.  Bake for 34-40 minutes at 375.
