Baked Chicken Dijon

2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2/3 stick butter
1 cup italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 chicken breasts, cut into strips

Melt butter in pot and blend in mustard.  Remove from heat and stir until smooth.  Mix bread crumbs and cheese.  Dip chicken in butter/dijon mixture, then in bread crumbs.  Place in shallow baking dish and bake uncovered for about 25-35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
