1 pkg dry yeast. ( or 2 1/4 tsp)
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 - 2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 cups flour, maybe more as you knead
1 cup warm water.
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients. Knead about 10-15 kneads, till smooth. Place in a bowl and let rise anywhere from 15 min to a few hours, depending on how much you want it to rise.
Prebake crust for about 5 minutes. Then bake at 425 for around 15-18 minutes.
