Crispy Baked Chicken Strips

1 cup flour
pinch of salt and pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips

Preheat oven to 375.  Coat 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.  Mix together 3 mixtures....

flour, salt, pepper
beat together eggs and milk
mix together cornflakes and cheese

 Dip chicken into flour, then eggs, then cornflake mixture, turning to coat.  Bake for 25 minutes, turning over 1/2 way through.  Serve with BBQ sauce
